A Little History on LifeisGood.com:
Life is Good is an apparel and clothing company started by brothers Bert and John Jacobs in 1994 in New England. Their brand is about having a positive outlook on life, and their mascot is a smiling stick figure adorned in a beret named Jake, usually accompanied by the company’s name and motto ‘Life is Good’.
The brothers started selling t-shirts at street markets and out of the back of a van at college campuses in 1989. Whenever they returned from one of their sales roadtrips they’d invite friends and family over to help them choose new designs.
After a particularly unsuccessful trip the brothers were feeling a bit unsure about whether or not to carry on with the business, but invited people over for the customary gathering upon their return. A smiling stick figure wearing a beret with the words ‘Life is Good‘ was the clear favourite of the evening, and the brothers made one last attempt with that design, the t-shirts sold out in less than an hour. Today their items can be found across the United States and in 30 countries worldwide.
Recently they have teamed with Smuckers to start a brand of UTZ certified sustainably-farmed coffee. 10% of the proceeds will be donated to the Life is Good Kids foundation. They also run the Life is Good Playmakers foundation which aims to help children who are impoverished, sick, or in violent situations by building healing relationships through play.

Life is Good on Facebook – They typically post some of their t-shirt designs, inspirational quotes and images, uplifting videos and pictures, and they are also avid basketball fans.
Life is Good on Twitter – Largely the same content as their Facebook page, for people who prefer to use Twitter for social media.
